2-2-2: SCOPE; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
   A.   Scope: This investment policy applies to all financial assets and investment activities governed by the Village Board of Trustees.
   B.   Compliance With Provisions: The financial assets of all funds accounted for in the Village comprehensive annual financial report, including the General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Capital Project Funds, Debt Service Funds, Enterprise Funds, and any other funds that may be created from time to time, shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
