11-4-2: PRELIMINARY PLAT:
The preliminary plat submitted to the Village Board of Trustees shall be drawn to a scale of one hundred feet (100') or less to the inch and shall show the following information:
   A.   The location of the property with respect to adjacent property and streets. There shall also be included a location map at a suitable scale to show all streets and public ways within the general area of the subdivider's property.
   B.   All pertinent features such as existing structures to remain, streets, railroads, water bodies, streams, and wooded areas that may influence the design of the subdivision.
   C.   Existing and proposed contours based on the USGS datum at intervals of two feet (2') or less, unless waived by the Planning Commission.
   D.   The name, location and width of all proposed streets.
   E.   The proposed location and width of all alleys, lots, setback lines, utility easements, and areas to be reserved for public use.
   F.   Existing sanitary sewers, storm drains, and culverts within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991)
   G.   Proposed sites, if any, for multi-family dwellings, shopping centers, places of worship, industry, or other nonpublic uses exclusive of single-family dwellings. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991; amd. 2019 Code)
   H.   Proposed provisions for disposal of sanitary waste and stormwater drainage.
   I.   The name(s) and address(es) of the owner(s) of land to be subdivided, the name and address of the subdivider, if other than the owner, and the name of the land surveyor and/or registered engineer.
   J.   The north point, scale and date.
   K.   The proposed name of the subdivision. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991)
