A. Notice Of Violation: Any person, firm or corporation found to be violating any provision of this title shall be served by the Village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991)
B. Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in subsection A of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991; amd. 2019 Code)
C. Liability For Costs And Damages: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this title shall become liable to the Village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the Village by reason of such violation. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991)
