11-1-3: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC WAYS, LANDS AND USES:
All lands offered to the Village for use as streets, highways, alleys, parks and other public use shall be referred to the Village Board of Trustees for review and acceptance. (Ord. 91-6, 10-7-1991)
