9-1-11: ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
The building inspector shall have the power and duty to enforce the provisions of this title, and all fees provided herein shall be paid to the Village Clerk. All permits shall be issued by the building inspector. (Ord. 03-10, 9-15-2003; amd. 2019 Code)
