9-1-9: MOBILE HOMES AS DWELLINGS:
The use of mobile homes for the purpose of occupancy as a dwelling or for business purposes is hereby prohibited, except in a mobile home park duly licensed by the State of Illinois or in a location approved by a majority vote of the Village Board of Trustees. (1990 Code § 14.104; amd. 2019 Code)
