No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct and fined seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per occurrence. (Ord. 05-05, 6-20-2005)
