A. Users Inside Village Limits:
1. Residential Users: The rate for Municipal water usage within the Municipal boundaries of the Village is twelve dollars and thrity five cents ($12.35) for the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month by residential users and one dollar forty cents ($1.40) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons of metered water used in excess of the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month.
2. Commercial/Industrial Users: The rate for Municipal water usage within the Municipal boundaries of the Village is twelve dollars and thirty five cents ($12.35) for the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month by commercial/industrial users and one dollar forty cents ($1.40) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons of metered water used in excess of the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month.
B. Users Outside Village Limits:
1. Residential Users: The rate for Municipal water usage outside of the Municipal boundaries of the Village is twelve dollars thirty five cents ($12.35) for the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month by residential users and one dollar eighty five cents ($1.85) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons of metered water used in excess of the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month.
2. Commercial Users: The rate for Municipal water usage outside the Municipal boundaries of the Village is twelve dollars thirty five cents ($12.35) for the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month by commercial users and one dollar eighty five cents ($1.85) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons of metered water used in excess of the first two thousand (2,000) gallons of metered water used each month.
C. Operation, Maintenance And Repair: The rate for Municipal operations, maintenance and repair (OM&R) is four dollars ($4.00) per month for each customer within the Municipal boundaries of the Village. (Ord. 14-05, 4-7-2014; amd. Ord. 21-04, 6-28-2021)
