A. The water service agreement on file in the Village as exhibit A is hereby required to be executed by all users of the Village water distribution system. Should any user or users refuse to or fail to execute and deliver the water service agreement to the Village Hall within thirty (30) days of presentation of the agreement, the water service to such property shall be discontinued by disconnection.
