7-5-4: PERMITS REQUIRED:

A. Wireless providers shall secure a permit from the Village to work within rights-of-way for activities that affect traffic patterns or require lane closures.

B. An applicant shall obtain one or more permits from the Village to collocate a small wireless facility. (Ord. 18-04, 7-16-2018, eff. 7-16-2018)
