A. Guarantees: While requiring minimum standards for driveway and culvert construction and for drainage, the Village in no way guarantees that these minimum standards are adequate for the intended use of the improvements.
B. Liabilities: Through issuing the applicant a permit to construct a driveway or culvert or to make improvements in connection with ditches and drains on or near a Village right-of-way and thereafter permitting the owner of the property served by the driveway and related culvert improvements to operate and maintain said improvements, the Village assumes no liability therefor, and the owner of said property shall maintain such driveway in a serviceable manner and hold the Village harmless from all claims resulting from construction, operation or maintenance of said driveway.
