A. The applicant shall bear the cost of furnishing all necessary construction, labor, materials, and related items necessary to comply with this chapter.
B. Maintenance of any driveway and the costs thereof shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property served by or abutting upon such driveway.
C. The maintenance of the culvert within the right-of-way, related to such driveway, other than replacement, which shall be the responsibility of the owner, shall be the responsibility of the Village. (Ord. 01-03, 10-15-2001)
D. The owner shall at all times reasonably maintain that portion of the driveway within the Village right-of-way. (Ord. 01-03, 10-15-2001; amd. 2019 Code)
