7-2-2: DRIVEWAY STANDARDS:
All driveways hereafter constructed, replaced, established or maintained shall conform with the following:
   A.   Width:
      1.   Minimum width: Ten feet (10').
      2.   Maximum width:
         a.   Residential:
            (1)   Single driveway: Twenty feet (20').
            (2)   Combined driveway to serve adjacent lots: Twenty four feet (24').
         b.   Commercial or agricultural: Thirty five feet (35').
   B.   Entrance Radius:
      1.   Minimum entrance radius: Five feet (5').
      2.   Maximum entrance radius: Thirty feet (30').
   C.   Minimum Distance Between Adjacent Driveways: The minimum distance between adjacent driveways is six feet (6') (except for a combined driveway serving adjacent lots).
   D.   Driveway Surface (Over Compacted Subgrade):
      1.   Crushed Stone Minimum Thickness: Six inches (6").
      2.   Concrete Minimum Thickness: Five inches (5").
      3.   Bituminous: No required minimum thickness of bituminous surface but it must be constructed over a compacted crushed stone base not less than six inches (6") in thickness.
      4.   New Developments And Subdivisions: For all newly constructed residential or commercial development and subdivisions, all driveway surfaces shall consist of concrete or bituminous materials only. Crushed stone or gravel shall not be allowed.
   E.   Side Slopes: The maximum side slopes is two to one (2:1). (Ord. 01-03, 10-15-2001)
