A. Requirements:
1. No mailbox or newspaper delivery box shall be installed on a curbed street without a setback of six inches (6") from the curb at a height of thirty six inches (36") to forty two inches (42") from the bottom of the mailbox or newspaper delivery box per the drawing marked as exhibit A on file in the Village.
2. No mailbox or newspaper delivery box installation adjacent to a street without curbs shall be set back six feet (6') from the edge of the street and at a height of thirty six inches (36") to forty two inches (42") from the bottom of the mailbox or newspaper delivery box per the drawing marked as exhibit B on file in the Village.
