Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) for the first violation, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second violation, and one hundred dollars ($100.00) and mandatory towing for a third violation.
