6-1-2: TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREET; EXCEPTIONS:

A. It is unlawful and illegal for anyone to drive or operate a tractor-trailer upon First South Street west of Chestnut Street in the Village. (1990 Code § 12.201; amd. 2019 Code)

B. Any person, firm or corporation who violates this section shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense. (1990 Code § 12.203; amd. 2019 Code)
