Any person who violates any provision of this chapter upon finding of guilty, has committed a petty offense, and for the first offense shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), and for a second or any subsequent offense(s) shall be fined not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
