5-2-2: TREATMENT OF ANIMALS:
No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the Village in any way. Any person who inhumanely beats, underfeeds, overloads or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section. (1990 Code § 15.101)
