5-2-1: NOISY ANIMALS:

It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time which can be detected by normal hearing (human auditory perception) within eight hundred feet (800') of the animal or the premises where the animal is housed. (1990 Code § 15.103; amd. 2019 Code)
