Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such nuisance continues unabated after ten (10) days from receipt of such notice. (1990 Code § 18.206; amd. 2019 Code)
