4-5-4: ABATEMENT BY VILLAGE; COSTS:
If the person so served does not abate the nuisance within ten (10) days after such notice, the Village President shall give an order to the maintenance person who may proceed to abate such nuisance, keeping an account of the expenses thereof. Such expenses shall be charged to and paid by the owner or occupant. (1990 Code § 18.204; amd. 2019 Code)
