Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon a finding of guilty, is guilty of the commission of a petty offense, and for the first offense shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), and for a second or any subsequent offense(s) shall be fined not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
