4-4-3: RESTRICTIONS UNDER CERTAIN WEATHER CONDITIONS:

No person, firm or corporation shall burn or ignite any material otherwise lawful when the wind or other weather conditions make such burning unsafe or dangerous to any person or property including that of the person burning or causing the burning the same. (Ord. 00-02, 9-18-2000, eff. 10-1-2000)
