A. Pursuant to this chapter, it shall be unlawful to burn any garbage at any time in the Village except as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 03-06, 6-2-2003; amd. 2019 Code)
B. No person, firm or corporation shall burn or ignite garbage at any time or permit to remain burning any combustible rubbish, paper, cardboard or other substance. (Ord. 00-02, 9-18-2000, eff. 10-1-2000)
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to own a trash receptacle or barrel for purposes of burning garbage, organic refuse and leaves on the property thereof. If such receptacle(s) is not removed within thirty (30) days after the effective date hereof, such receptacle shall be confiscated.
D. It shall be unlawful to burn leaves, grass or brush on Village property and public roadways at any time. (Ord. 03-06, 6-2-2003)
