A. It shall be unlawful to permit or store any combustible refuse in such a way as to create a fire hazard, or to store or throw away any refuse of any kind in any alley, street or other public way in the Village. (1990 Code § 19.112)
B. Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a petty offense, and for the first offense shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), and for a second or any subsequent offense(s) shall be fined not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
