Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (1990 Code § 13.311; amd. 2019 Code)
