4-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
When used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
FOOD: Includes beverages.
FOOD DEALER: Means and includes every person, firm or corporation engaged in conducting or operating any business for the storage, handling, preparation or sale of food or drink intended for human consumption. (1990 Code §§ 13.301, 13.310)
