A. Fines: Any person, firm, partnership or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) in the case of a first offense and shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every subsequent offense. Each and every day that such nuisance shall remain in existence shall constitute a separate offense. (1990 Code § 16.102; amd. 2019 Code)
B. Injunction: In the event any violation is of a continuing nature, the Village building inspector is hereby authorized to seek an injunction in the Circuit Court to enjoin any such nuisance, and the building inspector shall bring said action in the name of the Village. (1990 Code § 16.103)
