4-1-2: INSPECTION AND INVESTIGATION OF POSSIBLE NUISANCE CONDITIONS:
When an existence of a public nuisance is brought to the attention of the Village, the Village building inspector shall cause an inspection and investigation to be made and to determine whether removal is necessary. (2019 Code)
