A. Hours Of Operation: No sexually oriented business shall be open between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on any given day.
B. Exterior Display: No sexually oriented business shall be conducted in any manner that permits the observation of any material depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas from any public way or from any property not registered as an adult use. This subsection shall apply to any display, decoration, sign, show window or other opening.
C. Liquor: No liquor license shall be issued and no liquor shall be sold or consumed on the premises of any sexually oriented businesses on any calendar day on which adult entertainment is provided at the licensed establishment. (Ord. 07-07, 7-2-2007)
