3-5-14: FIRST AMENDMENT SOLICITATIONS:
Persons soliciting for causes protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution shall procure a permit without payment of the prescribed fee and shall be restricted as to hours of solicitation, that being daylight. (2019 Code)
