(A) Fees for fire prevention inspections required by this code shall be determined by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners. The fees are set forth in Appendix B of the ordinance codified herein. A fire prevention inspection fee schedule shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners and the Fire Marshal's office for public inspection.
(B) Fees for fire prevention inspections required by this code shall be paid within the number of days specified in the billing or notice of the amount of fees due with the exception of “special event” permit inspections which must be paid “prior” to the inspection.
