§ 93.08 TANK REMOVAL; ABOVEGROUND AND UNDERGROUND.
   Before any aboveground or underground tank used for the storage of volatile flammable or combustible liquids or any other hazardous material covered by the provisions of this code shall be removed, a permit must be issued and shall be granted only upon written application made to the County Fire Marshal's Office setting forth therein the location, character, size/capacity, removal date, degassing method to be used, and location to where the tank will be taken. Aboveground and underground tanks must be removed from the property the same day of the actual removal. The Fire Marshal and/or his or her authorized representative shall have the right to inspect the tanks and ancillary equipment before and after actual removal.
