(A) The Council shall have the responsibility and duty of advising the Emergency Management Director on matters relating to the enforcement of this chapter as specified in § 113.14 above and shall provide information and advice to the Board of County Commissioners regarding such standards of care, policies, procedures, and actions which will maintain and improve the quality of emergency medical services for the residents of the county.
(B) Representatives from the franchised providers may attend any meetings when the Council considers matters relating to the granting of franchises and/or reviewing complaints from the public and investigations regarding franchised services.
