§ 91.079 ANIMALS WHICH CANNOT BE SEIZED BY REASONABLE MEANS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, an animal that cannot be safely seized by leash restraint, catch pole restraint, humane trap, or chemical immobilization without placing unreasonable risks to the public or Animal Services Officers, may be humanely destroyed by order of the Health Director or his or her designees.
