§ 91.052 POST MORTEM DIAGNOSIS.
   (A)   If an animal dies while under observation for rabies, the head of the animal shall be submitted to the Animal Services Division for shipment to the Laboratory Section of the State Department of Health and Human Services for rabies diagnosis.
   (B)   The carcass of any animal suspected of dying of rabies and which has caused an exposure or potential exposure of rabies to a human or animal shall be surrendered to the Animal Services Division. The head of the animal shall be shipped to the Laboratory Section of the State Department of Health and Human Services for rabies diagnosis.
