§ 110.16 REPORTS.
   (A)   All owners or operators of licensed C&D facilities shall submit a copy of the NCDENR annual report to the Solid Waste and Recycling Division. The annual reports shall be submitted to the Solid Waste and Recycling Division with the annual license renewal application. The report shall include the total amount of C&D material received from Chatham County and the total quantity of all materials recovered for recycling.
   (B)   All persons generating C&D debris from C&D sites shall maintain disposal records for up to one year after project completion, and be prepared to provide these records if an inspection has been requested by the Solid Waste and Recycling Division.
   (C)   The Solid Waste and Recycling Division and Central Permitting Department shall provide an annual report on the impact of this chapter to the County Manager’s office and any interested citizens’ advisory committees. This report will include total amount of C&D debris generated in Chatham County, total number of enforcement actions, an explanation of any variances granted, and any recommended changes.
