Any license issued under this chapter may be revoked or suspended after notice and a hearing, where it appears to the Solid Waste and Recycling Division that the licensee has provided false information on an application or any report provided hereunder, does not have required permits or licenses, or has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, or where any employee of the licensee is engaged in any conduct which violates this chapter or any other law or ordinance relating to the transportation or disposal of C&D debris and of which the licensee has actual or constructive knowledge, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence should have had actual or constructive knowledge.
