§ 110.08 COMPLETION OF C&D DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SECTION ON PERMIT APPLICATION.
   Any person applying for a Chatham County building or demolition permit for a C&D site shall complete the C&D Debris Management section of the permit application, indicating the intended disposal method, and in the case where mixed C&D debris will be generated, list the name of the licensed C&D facility.
