§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of a provision of this chapter which is specifically designated as a misdemeanor crime shall be a Class 3 misdemeanor and any person convicted of the violation shall be punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
