§ 112.04 FRANCHISE REQUIRED.
   No person may operate a cable telecommunications system in the county without first obtaining a franchise as provided in this chapter. Any franchise granted shall be nonexclusive. Grantor specifically reserves the right to grant additional franchises as it deems appropriate subject to applicable state and federal law.
