§ 34-13 FALSE INFORMATION TO POLICE OFFICER.
   No person shall furnish to a peace officer false, forged, fictitious, or misleading verbal or written information either identifying the person as another person or falsely misrepresenting a material fact about the person including, but not limited to, the person’s date of birth or correct spelling of their full name, if the person is detained for a violation of the law, is temporarily detained for the purpose of the issuance of an appearance ticket or civil infraction citation, or has an outstanding warrant for their arrest.
