(A) Generally. Fees shall be charged under the provisions of this chapter for engineering and city review, city inspection and administration, water and sewer connection charges and other fees on the basis as set by City Council resolution.
(B) Other agencies. The proprietor shall be responsible for fees to various other agencies.
