(A) The Planning Commission shall choose from among its members a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary, each of whom shall hold office for a term of 1 year or until a successor is chosen and takes office.
(B) The Planning Commission shall hold at least 1 meeting a month if there is business, which meetings shall be open to the public, and shall adopt its own rules of procedure for the transaction of business.
(C) The Planning Commission shall keep a full and complete record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations. This record shall be available to the City Council upon request.
(D) The Planning Commission shall be responsible for the discipline of its members.
