PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 38-32 COMPOSITION.
   (A)   The Citizen Advisory Park Board shall consist of 5 voting members and 2 nonvoting members.
   (B)   The 5 voting members shall be appointed by the City Council from the electorate at large.
   (C)   The Director of Public Works shall be a nonvoting member.
   (D)   A student in the community under the age of 18 shall be appointed a nonvoting member.
