§ 34-327 AIR RIFLES; PISTOLS; SLINGSHOTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, operate or discharge any BB gun, air rifle, toy pistol, slingshot, bow and arrow, catapult or any other toy shooting apparatus, gun or implement that might result in damage or destruction of life or property in the limits of the city other than at a duly established range.
