§ 34-244 SAME – LEASING PREMISES.

   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to lease to another any house, room or other premises, in whole or in part, for any of the uses or purposes set forth in §§ 34-242 and 34-243 or to knowingly permit any house, room or other premises to be used or occupied for such purposes.
