§ 34-217 POSSESSION, USE, SALE, AND THE LIKE OF MARIJUANA.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to conspire to possess, sell, offer for sale, distribute or give away or to possess, use, sell, offer for sale, distribute or give away cannabis, commonly called marijuana.

(B) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
