§ 34-108 LARCENY FROM PUBLIC LIBRARIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to procure or take in any way from the public library in the city any book, pamphlet, map, chart, painting, picture, photograph, periodical, newspaper, magazine, manuscript or exhibit or any part thereof, with intent to convert such to his own use.
