(A) At its first regularly called meeting, the Cable Access Committee shall appoint a Chairperson and Recording Secretary. The Chairperson shall preside over all meetings. The Recording Secretary shall keep minutes of the Committee proceedings.
(B) In order to conduct business, a quorum of the Cable Access Committee is required. A quorum is established by the presence of at least 2 members.
(C) A decision by a majority of the Cable Access Committee comprising a quorum is a decision of the Committee.
